There is much to consider. We need to consider the size and number of sites, the applications you use, your attitude to risk, your reliance on the internet, your reliance on the telephone, to name just a few.

Of course if you are looking at convergence you have to prioritise your traffic. Can you do that on your existing network? Does it support QoS? Is it MPLS? Does it need to be? What about Vlans? So many questions.
