Welcome to BtL's first newsletter
I would like to say thank you again to the partners and customers who voted on the logo options presented to them. I was particularly pleased the voting backed up my personal preference. Of course not everyone cares about these things but we felt it was about time we invested in a professionally created logo and a shortened our strap line. We decided on “managed communications architects” as the phrase that sums up what BtL is about, which hopefully you agree is not only providing communications and managing services but designing and building innovative solutions as the customer need arises.

Our mission however has not changed since inception in 2001. It is still about providing an extensive range of professionally managed ICT services to our customers and building on our track record of good service and advice. We are however much clearer now on why companies; or should I say people chose BtL and we aim to make that more central to our offerings as we go forward.

As a bit of fun and to enable our customers to get to know the people that make BtL what it is, please see below what will be a regular feature a 60 second interview with one of the team. In the spotlight this time is Danielle Upton our Finance Manager who has been with BtL for 5 years now.

I hope the newsletter is of interest and as always I welcome your feedback on anything BtL or ICT related.

Cheers and enjoy the summer.

Rob Lamden
