Welcome to BtL’s Spring newsletter, we have been busy over the Winter period with snow storms causing problems with installations and all this alongside our own internal upgrades to our CRM, accounting systems and hosted desktop service. This has benefitted our customers by improving how we operate whilst further advancing our own disaster recovery plan. Have you implemented a disaster recovery plan of your own?
BtL have been successfully running Voice and Data Audits by evaluating current IT & communications bills to help businesses increase productivity and reduce costs by up to 40% helping many business that are feeling the pinch in the current climate. We had a high volume of responses and are continuing to save companies money, especially on roaming charges. If you haven’t taken advantage of this no obligation audit then please feel free to contact us and we can provide your business with a successful, cost effective ICT formula.
Ofcom, the UK's telecom regulator, want to clamp down on the differences between the advertised and final performance for broadband download speed. BtL and our range of ISPs share this goal and unlike the majority of advertisers we provide all potential and existing clients with realistic estimates of the speed they will receive.
Lastly a fun clip for when the “mobile” technical jargon gets a little frustrating from mobile companies – keep it simple and speak to BtL.
Kind Regards
