BtL has a unique approach to recording conference calls. If you would like to be able to conference record calls then we will setup a special access number for your company. The chairperson will then dial this number to enter the conference.
After the conference call you will be able to download a wav file of the conference call recording. Recordings are available for 7 days after the conference call. The cost for this service is £60 setup and £10 per month. There is an additional charge of 4ppm for the chairperson’s call. There is no charge for downloading the recordings and storing them on our platform for 7 days.
