ofcom.co.uk - Ofcom (The Office of Telecommunications) is the regulator for the UK telecommunications industry. Ofcom was set up under the Telecommunications Act 1984. In their capacity as communications watchdog for the British Isles, their goal is to make sure you receive the best quality, choice and value for money for all your telephone services. BtL are ever vigilant of their activities, and recommend them highly in the event of a legal or regulatory issue which requires guidance.
